Joe Parks & Mike Bolin Appointed Principals

Penn Lighting Associates is pleased to announce the appointment of Joe Parks and Mike Bolin as Principals of the Company, allowing its’ 61-year heritage to move ahead into the next generation.

In Joe’s new role, he will oversee the specification sales team while continuing to manage the Lehigh Valley. With his 15 years of combined experience at Lutron Electronics and Penn Lighting Associates, he has served various sales roles in the specification, contractor and distribution channels. Joe is honored to have the opportunity to take on a leadership role and be instrumental in positioning the Company to be the premier lighting agency in the Delaware Valley.

Mike will oversee inside sales to ensure the best infrastructure is in place to support outside sales efforts and client services. With his 21+ years in the lighting and electrical industry, 12 of them at Penn Lighting, Mike is beyond excited to bring his experience and perspective to Penn Lighting’s path to continued success.

Michael Goldfinger, President, will oversee all aspects of sales, operations and the implementation of Company strategy. He will also assist the sales team in closing major project business.

As CEO, Dave Quinn will work on business development efforts and growing key client relationships.
