Volta, designed by Nahtrang Studio, has become a true icon in interior lighting, proudly representing the brand’s essence since its first sketches and debut in 2016. The design honors the traditional Volta Catalana, an architectural form characterized by soft curves and light materials that has been used by great architects of Catalan modernism such as Antoni Gaudí and Josep Puig i Cadafalch. Daniel Vila and Ester Pujol have been part of the Estiluz family since the creation of the Volta collection. We spoke with them to find out what is hidden behind the design, where their inspiration comes from and what is the key to the family's success. Volta has undergone a long journey that made it the icon it is today.
