Lutron’s MyOrder Portal allows authorized distributors access to information, pricing, live inventory, order entry, and order tracking among other features.

Once you have registered please send an email to info@medgarlci.com to have your account authorized. Accounts take around 3 days to activate and then you can log in at www.mylutron.com

How do I find a product’s availability and price?
Go to the “Shop” tab. Under “Add Products,” click on “by Model Number” and enter the model number and quantity. List Price, myPrice, the stock status, and estimated ship date will display on the right side of the page.
Where do I find my account number or training code?
Account numbers can be found on Lutron invoices (“Ship to” number) and training codes are provided for contractors who complete a Lutron training course. If you are still unsure of your account number or training code, please reach out to your local sales rep!
I purchase for multiple branches. How do I get set up?
When you email info@medgarlci.com, after you’ve registered for myLutron, include the “Ship To” numbers for all the branches in your email.
